After years in the corporate world, working with giants like Shell, Capgemini, ABB, HAVI, Hitachi Energy, and many others I've seen it all. The patterns. The games. The confusion by design.

I spent those years as a strategist building employer brands — helping companies look attractive from the outside while witnessing what really happened on the inside. The disconnect between the polished brand promise and the daily reality of exhausted, confused employees became impossible to ignore.

Since 2012, I've been deep in the world of HR and employer branding, creating strategies and campaigns for organizations across every industry imaginable. I've looked behind the curtains of corporations both locally and globally, understanding their values, missions, and strategies.
